Branscombe is approximately 19 miles from Exeter. Take the A376 from Exeter. If bypassing Exeter on the M5 turn off onto the A376 (Junction 30, signposted to Exmouth). On the A376 at the roundabout at Clyst St Mary go straight across onto the A3052 (signposted to Sidmouth and Seaton) and continue on the A3052 through Newton Poppleford. About 9 miles east of Newton Poppleford turn right onto a minor road, signposted to Branscombe. Follow this road for about a mile, then turn right (again signposted to Branscombe) and follow this road to Branscombe village. In Branscombe village turn left and just after the hotel turn right (signposted to the Beach) and follow this road to Branscombe Beach.
